Privacy

What we collect

Card content you create: the recipient name, message, sign-off, template choice and any photo you add. Photos: your original photo is stored privately, and only you can access it. When you send a card, we create a cropped copy for that card with location and camera metadata removed. Anyone with the card link can see that copy. Account: the app creates an anonymous account identifier so you can save drafts without signing up. Diagnostics: crash reports and basic counts of events (for example, "card opened"). These are not linked to your identity, and we use no advertising identifiers.

Who can see your card

Anyone who has the link. Links are long random codes that cannot be guessed. Don't post a link publicly if you want the card to stay private.

Retention

Sent cards and their photo copies are deleted 12 months after sending, or sooner if you delete them or they are removed for abuse. Drafts and private originals stay until you delete them or delete the app data. Abuse reports are kept for up to 24 months.

Your choices

You can delete drafts and sent cards in the app, or email us to delete all your data.

Children

Postfetti is not directed to children under 13.
